Deutsche Telekom is based in an own building on Spitzkrugring in Frankfurt (Oder). The company employs around 700 staff. Following internal restructuring in 2009, the company now processes in addition to ‘board of management complaints’ also complaints by private or business customers from throughout Germany. With the help of the routing method, queries are always relayed to the call centre that has currently free capacity.
