CommuniGate is a premium service provider for the whole range of sales and service oriented customer communication be it written or by phone. The CommuniGate Kommunikationsservice GmbH was founded in 1998 as subsidiary company of Bayern Card-Services GmbH and Lufthansa AirPlusServicekarten GmbH in Passau and has been successful established as communication service provider since then. First business partners were BayernLB and Deutsche Lufthansa AG for whom the holders of the Lufthansa Miles & More Credit Card are supported. Today many renowned companies from the finance, insurance and energy supply sectors rely on the quality of the CommuniGate services. Central success factors are the good quality and education of the staff as well as the high technical security standard. The company opened its service center on 1,700 m² in the Oderturm in 2011 with 30 employees. At the moment they employ about 200 people on a prime office space of 3,200 m².
