New Management of the European University Viadrina complete

The European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) has a new leadership team. On the occasion of his inauguration as President of Viadrina, Prof. Dr. Eduard Mühle introduced the Vice-Presidents on Thursday, 27 April 2023. They had been elected one day earlier by the University Senate.

The members of the Presidium are now:

  • Dr. Christoph Brömmelmeyer, Holder of the Chair of Civil Law, Insurance Law and European Business Law, as Vice President for Studies and Teaching
  • Dr. Dagmara Jajeśniak-Quast, Head of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Polish Studies, as Vice-President for International Affairs and Collegium Polonicum
  • Janine Nuyken, Head of the Centre for Strategy and Development, as Vice President for Transfer and Campus
  • Dr. Jan-Hendrik Passoth, Head of the European New School of Digital Studies (ENS) as Vice President for Research and Career Development.

The leadership of the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) will be completed by Robert Nissen, who took office as Chancellor of the European University on 15 March 2023.
