East Brandenburg – At the heart of the new Europe

East Brandenburg is valued for its good connection to the German capital Berlin and the upcoming single airport for the German capital region Berlin Brandenburg Willy Brandt (BER). Frankfurt (Oder) and its neighbouring city Eisenhüttenstadt form the economic and scientific center of East Brandenburg. The border location to Poland, the well-developed infrastructure and the good transport connection are the driving forces for the economic development, the establishment of businesses and the creation of new workplaces, which have characterized the growth of the region for the last years.
