Log Plaza Frankfurt (Oder): Outlook for completion


Frankfurt (Oder), December 18th 2021:

At the turn of the year, the first hall complex of the Log Plaza logistics complex on the A12 is close to the finish line: After the development work that began in spring, the largest construction site in the region after Tesla in nearby Grünheide is now looking forward to the completion of the first of a total of four warehouse complexes.

The roof is already in place, the floor and the loading yard for all parts of the hall have been completely concreted and all the curbs have been laid. The access roads have also been concreted, the internal roads on the site as well as the new Französische Straße have been completed and the truck parking spaces are complete as well.

Around 150 people are currently working on the construction site, mainly in the areas of electrical, heating, sanitary and sprinkler systems, civil engineering and road construction, so that the sprinkler tank and the technical center are ready. Tilers, wallpaperers and air conditioning technicians follow. In the first two parts of the hall, the painters are already busy working in the office area.

The Log Plaza Frankfurt (Oder) is connected to the A12 or B112 federal motorway via the so-called southern ramp. The expansion of Polnische Strasse and Nordstrasse was also completed a few days ago. The city of Frankfurt (Oder) had built a new road connection here with the support of the state of Brandenburg in order to optimize the transport connection to the freight traffic center and the adjacent industrial area on the A12.

The Log Plaza complex in Frankfurt (Oder) is specially designed for the individual usability and space requirements of companies from the e-commerce and logistics sector as well as for industrial companies from the supplier sector and, with its proximity to Tesla, offers – just under half an hour’s drive removed – a high-quality and sustainable building quality and equipment.
