A hotel in contemporary style, interior design adapted to it, high-quality bed linen, a rich breakfast buffet, fast Wi-Fi, private parking and 24-hour access to the rooms: These are just some of the many advantages that the B&B hotel chain offers its guests.
From the end of 2024, B&B’s will also offer these amentities its future guests in Frankfurt (Oder). Within walking distance to the train station, a new hotel is being built here on four floors with 91 rooms that will comfortably accommodate up to 206 overnight guests. The earthworks are already underway. Part of B&B’s sustainability concept at the new location is a solar system on the roof, which will cover part of the hotel’s electricity needs. A powerful heat pump is planned for heating and cooling. Charging facilities for electric cars will be installed at the car parking spaces, which will be reached via a drive-through.

The decision for the location was preceded by an intensive examination of various options in the city at the river Oder. Since B&B’s concept exclusively offers breakfast, the surrounding area at the location of Dresdener Platz in Frankfurt (Oder) will also benefit from the new investment. The B&B Hotel is being built under the auspices of the Frankfurt-based construction company Schönherr & Fritsch Bau GmbH.
