Frankfurt (Oder), May 19, 2021:<\/strong>
\nAround 8 weeks after the symbolic handover of the construction site by the project developer Alcaro Invest GmbH to the general general contractor Goldbeck, the first construction phase (Hall A) in the GVZ Frankfurt(Oder) South is becoming visible. Around 41,000 square meters of the Log Plaza hall, as well as 1,900 square meters of office space and 2,800 square meters of mezzanine will be built as part of the European East-West communication route in Europe. The first brackets are planned to be delivered in June 2021 and future users will be able to install all their systems from November 2021. The entire completion of the first 24\/7 usable construction phase with a hall height of 12 m UKB and a floor load of 7.5 t\/m\u00b2 is planned for the first quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n
